Stoop Group is a unique player in the beauty, health, and lifestyle industry in that it is led by Donna DiDonato, whose career has focused on bringing brands to market, increasing market share, and growing revenue for beauty brands everyone now knows and loves. Her ability to synthesize young brands, their ideas, and needs into an actionable strategy is a learned skill from years of working in the beauty industry.
Her formative years were spent at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics before it was a household name and even before makeup application guidance in-store was a “thing”. Her reputation was cemented as General Manager of the Americas for diptyque Paris, where she revived this brand with an aggressive growth strategy that quintupled the business and increased retail stores from 3 to 20 across the United States.
Creating in-store experiences, launching programs, increasing sales by millions, hiring and leading teams of talented individuals, eliminating silos, and building a network akin to a dream team is a part of her DNA.
